Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers about creating, sharing, billing, and keeping control of your work.

OracleFlow is for creators, coaches, facilitators, healers, educators, and communities that want to turn original card artwork into an interactive digital deck. It works for oracle, tarot, affirmation, reflection, learning, and other card-based experiences.
Membership includes the OracleFlow deck-building and sharing app plus the Made to Matter community. You also receive step-by-step training, creative sessions, AI imagery workshops, monthly missions, peer support, replays, and template kits. See the current plans for the latest offer details.
OracleFlow turns finished artwork into an interactive deck; it is not a replacement for your design tool. Create your card fronts and backs in the tool you prefer, export them, and upload them to OracleFlow. The included community resources can help you develop the artwork and content.
Yes. Design in Canva, export your card images, and upload them to OracleFlow. OracleFlow adds the interactive viewing, shuffling, revealing, and sharing experience that a set of image files does not provide on its own.
Choose the option that fits your site: share a hosted OracleFlow link, add one iframe to a no-code website, or use the advanced script embed for more control. Script embeds normally use both the Interactive Deck and Card Reveal Area snippets.
No. Guided training covers the workflow from uploading cards to testing and sharing the finished experience. A hosted link requires no website, and the iframe option works with sites that allow embed blocks. The script option is available when you want advanced control.
Yes. You retain ownership of your original contributions. To operate the service, you grant OracleFlow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce for technical purposes, cache, display, transmit, secure, provide, and improve the service; deliver your content to audiences you enable; and create de-identified or aggregated data. Limited sublicenses may be granted only as needed to service providers and third-party sites that support your embeds. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to everything you upload. Read the Contribution License for complete details.
The current uploader accepts card-front images and MP4 videos up to 20 MB. Card-back and poster images can be up to 6 MB. HEIC and HEIF photos are converted to JPEG during upload. You can also add optional MP3, M4A, WAV, OGG, AAC, or FLAC audio up to 50 MB. Deck titles can contain up to 40 characters and deck descriptions up to 80.
See the current plans for pricing and billing frequency. You can cancel through the Customer Billing Portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. See the subscription terms for complete details.
When paid access ends, paid features and OracleFlow-powered shared or embedded decks may be disabled. Your ownership does not transfer to OracleFlow. The Terms of Service explain access after cancellation, and the Contribution License explains retention and removal.
