Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated September 24, 2025
Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") is part of our Terms of Service ("Legal Terms") and should be read alongside them. If you do not agree with these Legal Terms, please refrain from using our Services. Your continued use of the Services implies acceptance of the Legal Terms. We may update this Policy from time to time; changes take effect when we post the revised Policy, and the updated version automatically becomes part of the Legal Terms.
This Policy applies to every:
- use of our Services (as defined in the Legal Terms);
- any OracleFlow-created content you access through the Services, including deck viewers, templates, support tools, documentation, and other interface elements we provide ("Content"); and
- material you contribute to the Services, including deck assets (images, video, audio), card metadata, configuration settings, troubleshooting or support requests, and any other submissions you provide ("Contributions").
Who We Are
We are Trey.Coach LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Colorado, United States. We operate the OracleFlow website https://oracleflow.app (the "Site") as well as other related products and services that reference this Policy (collectively, the "Services").
Use of the Services
When you use the Services, you warrant that you will comply with this Policy and all applicable laws. You also acknowledge that you may not:

- Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Services, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.

Some areas of the Services may allow users to upload, transmit, or post Contributions. We may—but are under no obligation to—review or moderate Contributions, and we expressly exclude liability for any loss or damage resulting from a user’s breach of this Policy. Please report any Contribution that you believe breaches this Policy; however, we will determine, in our sole discretion, whether a Contribution is in breach.
You warrant that:
- you are the creator and owner of, or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, releases, and permissions to use and to authorize us and other users to use your Contributions in any manner contemplated by the Services and this Policy;
- all Contributions comply with applicable laws and are original and true (if they represent your opinion or facts);
- the creation, distribution, transmission, public display, or performance, and the accessing, downloading, or copying of your Contributions do not and will not infringe the proprietary rights of any third party; and
- you have the verifiable consent, release, and/or permission of each identifiable individual person in your Contributions to use their name or likeness as contemplated by the Services and this Policy.
You also agree that you will not post, transmit, or upload any Contribution that:
- is in breach of applicable laws, regulations, court orders, contractual obligations, this Policy, our Legal Terms, a legal duty, or that promotes or facilitates fraud or illegal activities;
- is defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, insulting, intimidating, bullying, abusive, or threatening to any person or group;
- is false, inaccurate, or misleading;
- includes child sexual abuse material, or violates any law intended to protect minors;
- contains any material that solicits personal information from anyone under 18 or exploits people under 18 in a sexual or violent manner;
- promotes violence, advocates the violent overthrow of any government, or incites, encourages, or threatens physical harm against another;
- is obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, violent, harassing, libelous, slanderous, contains sexually explicit material, or is otherwise objectionable (we assess 'objectionable content' using standards such as the U.S. Miller obscenity test, 18 U.S.C. §1466A, FOSTA/SESTA, COPPA, FTC deception guidance, and other applicable platform or regional rules);
- is discriminatory based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic;
- bullies, intimidates, humiliates, or insults any person;

- misrepresents your identity or who the Contribution is from.
Reporting a Breach of This Policy
We may—but are under no obligation to—review or moderate Contributions, and we expressly exclude liability for any loss or damage resulting from any user’s breach of this Policy.
If you believe any Service, Content, or Contribution breaches this Policy, please email support@oracleflow.app or support@socialglow.net (Social Glow Ltd, our co-creation partner) to let us know which material is in breach and why. Apparent child sexual abuse material will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant law enforcement agencies as required by law.
If you believe any Service, Content, or Contribution infringes third-party intellectual property rights, please review the reporting process described in our Legal Terms.
We will reasonably determine whether a Service, Content, or Contribution breaches this Policy.
Consequences of Breaching This Policy
The consequences for violating this Policy will vary depending on the severity of the breach and the user’s history on the Services. By way of example:
- We may, in some cases, issue a warning and/or remove the infringing Contribution.
- If your breach is serious or if you continue to breach our Legal Terms and this Policy, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services and, if applicable, disable your account.
- We may notify law enforcement or initiate legal proceedings when we believe there is a genuine risk to an individual or a threat to public safety.
When you embed OracleFlow on third-party sites, you are responsible for ensuring those embeds comply with this Policy and do not circumvent rate limits, allow scraping of other creators’ Contributions, or introduce unauthorized trackers or code.
We exclude liability for all action we may take in response to breaches of this Policy.
Complaints and Removal of Legitimate Content
If you believe Content or Contributions have been mistakenly removed or blocked, please reach out using the contact details below and we will promptly review our decision. The Content or Contribution may remain unavailable while we conduct the review process. We aim to review appeals within ten (10) business days and will let you know if more time is required.
Disclaimer
The Company is under no obligation to monitor users’ activities and disclaims any responsibility for user misuse of the Services. We have no responsibility for any Content or Contribution created, maintained, stored, transmitted, or accessible on or through the Services, and are not obligated to monitor or exercise editorial control over such material. If we become aware that any Content or Contribution violates this Policy, we may, in addition to removing such material and blocking your account, report the breach to law enforcement or the appropriate regulatory authority. Unless otherwise stated in this Policy, we disclaim any obligation to any person who has not entered into an agreement with us for the use of the Services.
